Q. Do I have to register to view the site, find events or purchase products?
A. No, it is not necessary to register to purchase products, find events or view most of the site, however, some articles, tips and information are only available to registered members.
Q. Do I have to pay to register to become a member?
A. No, currently it is FREE to register to become a member of the site but there will be premium paid memberships offered sometime in the future that provides access to some featured articles and content that will not be available to Free members.
Q. How do I register to become a member?
A. Click the Register link located in the login box on the left hand column at the top of the page. The text on the login fields will change to User and Email. Enter a name you would like to have as your username into the top box – (this will be displayed publicly when you log in to the site). Then enter your email address. Check this carefully as a password will be sent to the email address entered on registration which may be changed to something you can remember in your profile page on when you login to the site.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. To change your password, login using the box provided. After a successful login, the box will be replaced by your username and two links. One allows you to logout and the other to edit your personal details called Profile. Click the Profile link and then in your personal administration page, scroll down to the password section and type the password you would like to use into both password box fields, then click Update Profile. Use the new password next time you want to login to the site.
Q. How do I change my username?
A. It is not possible to change your username.
Q. I have lost my password – how do I retrieve it?
A. To retrieve your password, click Lost password link located in the login box on the left hand top column of the page, then enter your username and email address and click Retrieve. A message will be sent to your email address containing your password.

Q. What type of memberships are available?
A. Free Bronze membership is currently available.
Q. What do I get with my Free Bronze membership?
A. Free Bronze membership provides registered members with the option to subscribe for news updates, articles and content that will not be available to unregistered website visitors.
Q. What premium memberships are available and how much do they cost?
A. There are no paid premium memberships currently available, although planned for the future, at which time details and pricing will be posted on the site.
