Purchasing FAQ

This section includes Frequently Asked Questions pertaining to purchasing, shipping and delivery of products available on Simple Solutions To Stress / Lapis Books website. Registered members may ask questions after login by using the comment forms, non members may use the contact form to ask a question that has not been covered here which will be added to this section if relevant.

Q. How do I purchase items?
A. To purchase items, click the Shop link then click the Add to Cart button located under the item/s you wish to buy. The chosen products will appear listed in the Shopping Cart in the right hand column of the page. Check the quantity and items are correct, then click the PayPal button to make payment. You will be directed away from the site to Paypal.co.uk to complete the payment, after which you will be redirected to our site Thank You page and receive a confirmation email. Once your payment has been processed, your items will either be sent to your postal address (physical goods only) or made available for immediate download (digital content only).

Q. I would like to purchase more than one of the same item, how do I change the quantity?
A. To purchase more than one of the same item, click the Add to Cart button located under the item/s you wish to buy. The chosen products will appear listed in the Shopping Cart in the right hand column of the page. In the Quantity box, change the number displayed to the numerical amount that you wish to order, check that all items are correct, then click the PayPal button to make payment.

Q. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
A. To remove an item from the shopping cart, click the small blue box image with the white minus sign. The page will automatically refresh, removing the item from your shopping cart.

Q. I wanted to buy a book to download but could only find purchase links for the physical product?
A. Books are currently only available as paperback physical products, but will be available in the future as digital downloads.

Q. I have paid but did not receive a confirmation of payment email or download link?
A. Confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address registered on our system and by PayPal. If you have not received either email, it may have been blocked by your spam filter. Please check your spam folder and add simplesolutionstostress.com and afwhostuk.com (the server on which the site resides) to your email white list to ensure that you can receive the download link. To check that your payment has gone through, login to your PayPal account and view your latest transactions. If the payment has gone through successfully, it will be displayed in your account and the product will be sent to your postal address (physical goods only). If you have ordered a digital product and failed to receive the download link, please use our site contact form to email us and include the PayPal order ID code for verification and we will resend you the download link.

Q. How are physical products shipped to me?
A. All UK orders are sent to the postal address supplied on purchase via Royal Mail Registered Post.

Q. I live outside the UK, can I still order physical products?
A. You may order physical products, however, postage and shipping will cost more and items will take longer to arrive. We may have to contact you to advise on shipping costs before accepting your order.
