This section includes frequently asked questions about Simple Solutions To Stress Events, Courses and Training. Registered members may ask questions after login by using the comment forms, non members may use the contact form to ask a question that has not been covered here which will be added to this section if relevant.

Q. How do I find events, courses or training on this site?
A. Future events are displayed on the right hand column of the page and on the Events page. To see further details about the event, click on Events in the navigation menu or View all events link located under the events list. Full information on each event can be viewed by clicking on the Related Post link at the end of the event details box.

Q. How much do the events and courses cost to attend?
A. The pricing for each event or course will depend on the type, difficulty and length of the program. Cost for attending will be included in the information on the relevant event or course page.

Q. How may I attend events or courses?
A. Each event or course will contain venue or organiser contact information to enable you to register and/or pay to attend.

Q.  Can you organise an event/training at my place of business or local community for our group?
A. To discuss the type of event and pricing please use the contact form to send your request to Rose Saliba. Include a brief outline of your organisation or venue, plus the size of the group who will be attending with a contact telephone number and she will respond as soon as possible to confirm availability.
